Caliber Creative: Experienced Account Executive



We’re looking to add an experienced Account Executive to our team that can help our clients understand and navigate the current marketing world as well as communicate with them on a daily basis. Caliber Creative is a growing full-service advertising agency located in Sioux Falls, SD.

This role is responsible for growing existing, long-term client relationships as well as working with the rest of the team at Caliber to give our clients an amazing working experience. The new Account Executive must be able to think strategically as well as listen and relate to client feedback in order to harvest the best results for both sides. Beyond the technical prowess, Account Executives at Caliber absolutely must be team players and always willing to work hand-in-hand with our clients as well as the rest of the Caliber team.



-Agency experience required
-Familiar with scheduling, planning, and organizing client & company functions
-Understand integrated marketing across multiple platforms
-Willing to present ideas and campaigns in front of an audience
-Assist and support other team members, as well as work independently
-Take pride in your work
-Enjoys frequent contact with current clients
-Great communicator and collaborator inside the office and out
-Willingness to help with new business development
-Friendly, outgoing personality, even on Monday mornings
-Can run MS Office in your sleep (yes, even PowerPoint)
-Strong project management skills
-Work on-site
-Tenacious passion for exceeding client expectations
-Familiarity of the Macintosh platform
-Willingness to pick up the phone and call clients
-Ability to quantify and report on campaign performance



-Familiar with online campaigns, social media, and Google AdWords
-Ability to multi-task, in multiple mediums
-Enjoys writing contracts & proposals
-Familiarity with developing yearly strategies for clients
-Ability to share status reports with team and clients
-Familiarity with project management software
-Accepts criticism well and direction even better
-Willing to learn new skills & grow with the agency
-People person with a witty sense of humor
-Time management & ability to prioritize projects
-Vendor coordination
-Ability to see the future vision of clients, not just the task at hand
-Plan, prep and present at client meetings as needed



-Working knowledge of Adobe CS products
-Copywriting skills
-Production management background
-PR experience
