Digital Solutions Strategist – Sanford Health

JOB SUMMARY

Shape the voice of Sanford’s web presence and mobile applications by writing exceptional copy for consumer facing products; websites, desktop and mobile apps, video scripts, help text, other documentation and contribute to style guidelines.Will work side-by-side with user experience designers, digital analysts, product manager and software engineers. Assist with user research and testing and other bigger-picture initiatives as needed. Collaborate with user experience design leads to solidify flows and populate wireframes, primarily for desktop and mobile apps. Will be responsible for working with many different stakeholders on requirement discovery. Will identify and help define terminology and feature nomenclature. Will assist with the development and execution of user tests and research plans. Will collaborate closely with other writers to develop and refine the voice of digital products.Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate the reasoning behind language decisions as well as solicit the information from others to produce the most appropriate content

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Digital Solutions Strategist (DSS), you will manage internal stakeholder relationships while developing and leading multi-faceted digital strategies for Sanford’s various service lines and initiatives. You’ll identify and drive growth opportunities, provide user experience leadership and user interface design guidance, as well as recommendations for robust digital marketing strategies which include SEO, SEM, Banner, Native, Social, Email, Mobile, and Video in support of Sanford’s overall digital marketing strategy. The DSS should be an organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment, have strong account leadership and customer relationship management expertise, detailed and clear communication skills, with a particular focus on project management & execution. The DSS should also possess an understanding of the online marketing echo-system, digital marketing strategies, technologies and user-centered design principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field required.
