Director of Sales – KELO

As our Director of Sales, you will have the opportunity to create sales strategy and execute action plans to achieve company sales and growth targets while providing leadership and support to a team of Outside and Inside Sales Representatives as well as support staff.  We are looking for a high-performing leader who has solid analytical skills, knows how to motivate staff and coach the sales process, is skilled at relationship building (internal and external), understands customer trends, is a quintessential team player, and thrives on strategic thinking.  With a focus on growth, revenue and profit, you will drive the sales process from strategy to close, directing the identification and pursuit of new business/growth opportunities, assisting with maintaining relationships and managing accounts, and assisting with negotiating and closing deals.
