Who We Need:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of all paid acquisition programs. In addition, you will lead a small digital team in creating and optimizing paid media tactics such as display, programmatic, social media marketing, video advertising, and other marketing tactics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has the ability to identify new opportunities, and can think on their feet in a fast-pace environment. As our Digital Marketing Manager, your years of professional experience will help us fully utilize the web to achieve our business growth goals. Your passion for strategy, your creativity in generating new ideas, and your meticulous nature when it comes to data and timelines will help take our team of fun and energetic people to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the success of all web marketing channels
  • Lead and guide a small digital team in their daily activities
  • Develop new ideas that enhance our digital presence and drive demand for our products and services
  • Manage paid search campaigns (PPC/SEM), including keyword research, bid management, ad copy, and trackable CTAs
  • Monitor and analyze SEO, display advertising, direct placements, email marketing, marketing automation, and integrated campaigns
  • Manage all analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster, and TapClicks
  • Implement a comprehensive digital account-based marketing (ABM) and programmatic media strategy
  • Conduct routine health checks for Salesforce and Pardot with digital team members and make necessary changes to keep platforms and lists optimized
  • Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of data through validation, testing, and routine data audits
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for all digital marketing campaigns and tactics using Salesforce B2B Marketing Analytics
  • Ensure all relevant campaigns are tracked in B2B Marketing Analytics and that infrastructure to do so is functioning correctly
  • Coordinate with digital agencies and other third-party vendors on contracted projects
  • Find trends in data that reveal new opportunities or glaring weaknesses to improve marketing’s overall performance
  • Manage digital acquisition budget to drive positive ROI and provide routine updates to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Required:

  • 5+ years running successful B2B digital marketing; agency experience preferred
  • Google Adwords Certification required and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce, or comparable CRM, required
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
  • Deep understanding of key digital marketing metrics and ability to convey complex analytics in an understandable manner to non-technical levels
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Webmaster Tools
  • Self-driven and demonstrates creativity and adaptability in a fast-pace environment
  • Strong organizational, project management, and presentation/communication skills
  • Able to problem solve and troubleshoot when digital issues arise
  • Skilled multi-tasker in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Familiarity with common website and CMS technologies
  • Analytical and data-driven by nature

Preferred:

  • Experience marketing to the healthcare community
  • Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications, advertising, business, or related field
  • Team player who can further contribute to the marketing team and its goals
  • Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit and treats role like his or her own business
  • Experience with Pardot and B2B Marketing Analytics
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Copywriting and presentation skills a plus
