Paulsen has promoted James Dykes to Media Strategist. He had been Digital Marketing Coordinator/Ad Ops.
In his new role, James handles all things digital media, including strategic planning, analytics and reporting. His efforts help Paulsen achieve and document digital ROI for our clients.

James enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the nearly constant changes in digital marketing and is passionate about learning and applying his knowledge to help clients.
“There’s always something new to learn,” James says. “It’s exciting to dive in deeper to understand new marketing technologies.”
James interned at Paulsen during the summer of 2017 and joined the staff after his graduation from South Dakota State University (SDSU) in December of 2017.
