JOB SUMMARY

Lead Sanford email marketing strategy for defined service lines and markets. Align with operational leaders in their dedicated service areas to create email marketing plans that promote enterprise products or services. Collaborate with the design team to create specific graphics, incentives and detailed descriptions of campaigns to ensure the delivery of a clear message to prospects using the correct form and template, with emphasis placed on proper grammar and spelling. Manage the email marketing strategy for areas of responsibility. Manage the content, messaging and execution of integrated email marketing campaigns and programs, to include the costs within a predetermined budget. Support and advocate for regional needs while embracing system thinking and staying aligned to enterprise strategies. Coordinate closely with regional marketing leaders to define and deliver integrated and consistent email marketing content across all channels and campaigns. Ensure consistent messaging in terms of clarity, quality, tone of voice and style. Provide clear direction and vision to the team and serves as the “go-to” source for direction and expertise in an assigned service area. Monitor health care industry trends that impact service areas and identify potential opportunities.

Advises on the development of marketing strategies and plans. Addresses potential conflicts that impact current delivery commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field required.
  • Minimum of four years of related experience and strong writing and communications skills required.
